MARKETING COORDINATOR

Located in North Sydney is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the General Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Responsible for the execution of new marketing and communication campaigns and strategies
- Manage and create Australian marketing collateral - Brochures, info sheets, product cards, sales programs and promotions
- Work closely with the product management team based in the USA office
- Management of social media platforms and associated campaigns
- Update all blogs and communication to the field teams
- Administration for projects – track tasks to ensure their completion before deadlines
- Copywriting and proofing of material
- Assisting with company events working with the marketing team and local printers to meet deadlines
- Supporting the Sales Manager and General Manager with any other ad-hoc duties
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience within a similar marketing role – you are someone who is a marketing allrounder and have the type of experience that will allow you to hit the ground running (you love managing social media content creation and campaigns, account management, paid ads and campaign insights etc)
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- An exceptional work ethic – this is a great team and they band together to achieve results. If you’re someone who loves saying “I’m on it – leave it with me” we would definitely love to hear from you
- Strong time management and planning skills – you understand how to work to a marketing calendar and ensure everything is ready to go when needed
- Experience coordinating events is ideal but not essential – there may be the odd weekend event that you will attend and can take time off in lieu
