Marketing & Digital Media Coordinator

We are currently seeking applications for the newly created position of Marketing and Digital Media Lead. This is a pivotal role that will take our branding and awareness to the next level. You will be a marketing driven person who will be responsible for all of our marketing, Digital Media, advertising and website requirements.

A little about us:

Situated in the inner western suburb of Welland, we are a full-service rehab & therapy facility that is experiencing rapid growth. 

Our large clinical team comprises Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Therapy Assistants that help our rapidly growing client base with every aspect of their rehab. Our large and modern gyms, treatment rooms and hydrotherapy facilities allow our team to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for a wide range of clinical presentations.

Our large and growing patient base extends from kids through to the elderly, and we have a range of programs that support all demographics. We work with agencies such as Medicare, NDIS, DVA, Aged Care Providers and Private Health funds.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a creative, highly organised and motivated graphic designer/social media content creator, to work in an office based role on a casual basis for 1 - 2 days per week to start.

• From concept through to completion you will work with the clinical team to create engaging campaigns that help our clients achieve their healthcare outcomes.
• Plan, create, shoot, edit and post content for social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn   
• Respond to all customer comments and queries
• Assess algorithms and social media/website analytics 
• Plan and create a social media calendar 
• Apply your graphic design skills to create flyers and information brochures for our individual clinical programs
• Run social media ads and paid campaigns

Ideally, you'll have the following attributes:

• A creative flair and a team player who has a brilliant personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in social media roles
• Motivated about creatively designing and delivering great campaigns that get results
• Experience with graphic design, photography and videography.
• Domain management experience 
• Strong understanding of the feature-set and trends on platforms including Facebook and Linked In
• Experience using design and video editing software, such as Canva / CapCut. Bonus points if you work with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient with social media content management and scheduling software
