ZIMMERMANN has an exciting career opportunity for a CRM Marketing Assistant to join our CRM Team at Head Office.
This role will work on a one-client vision across all CRM channels, responsible for helping to drive client loyalty and retention both in store and online through delivery of targeted client communications.
As a CRM Marketing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating content for emails, and future CRM channels, including template versions, Subject Lines, and copywriting
- Track the weekly performance of email campaigns and future CRM channels engagement against targets, including open, click through rates, and revenue generation.
- Schedule, test and deploy client email campaigns (including BAU, store support - opening & closing, campaign led and key brand moments)
- Work with CRM Marketing Manager to drive a personalized client experience in both a physical and digital environment across global market.
- Keep on top of Retail Activity Calendar, store updates, global events calendar and management/maintenance of CRM marketing calendars and documents.
- Research communication creative for client campaigns and competitor benchmarking.
- Support with developing a global testing strategy in collaboration with the CRM Marketing Specialist, including control groups, to identify optimal deployment times and creative for emails across all regions.
- Support brand style guide & updates in collaboration with CRM Marketing manager.
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong experience / interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, communications and luxury fashion.
- Passionate about providing an elevated customer experience and delivery.
- Ability to develop creative assets to support campaigns, working with agencies and individually to build high engagement on brand creative.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports along with valuable insights and analysis.
- Organized with a high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
