About You:
Are you a creative and multi-skilled individual with a passion for design and marketing? Do you possess strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail? Are you also eager to contribute to a dynamic team and support our marketing efforts across various digital and traditional channels? Then, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you'll do:
You'll be part of a collaborative team, working directly with Crusader's in-house marketing team and leveraging the expertise of external marketing and social media agencies. This collaborative environment allows you to contribute to exciting projects while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design visually stunning graphics for print, digital media, and our caravan range. 
  This includes brochures, point of sale material, website graphics, and caravan decals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate on creative marketing campaigns and contribute fresh ideas.
• Assist with social media content creation, email marketing, and presentations as needed.
• Capture and edit casual short videos for website and social media when required.
• Coordinate assigned projects with external agencies to ensure proper execution and completion.

What you bring:

• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging visuals across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• A collaborative spirit, ability to clearly communicate ideas and work seamlessly with others.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• A passionate and ‘can-do’ attitude.
