Oly. is the newest brand from MMS, having launched in March 2024. Oly aims to simplify the novated leasing experience for the SME market. Backed by one of Australia’s largest and most trusted novated leasing providers, Oly is enabling access to leasing for more Aussies to make their dream car a reality.
To help support the product build and brand launch we have a great opportunity for a self-motivated marketer who thrives on project work and owning initiatives to join our MMS marketing team on a contract basis.
Reporting to the Oly Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider Oly and MMS teams, you will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of UX and marketing content for digital journeys and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively partner and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to understand end-to-end customer journeys
- Understand the need for and manage the development of UX and marketing content (design and copy) for digital platforms and B2C and B2B content and communications across channels including but not limited to website, app, email and SMS
- Develop and maintain marketing project plans and adhere to timeframes
- Engage all key stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process and serve as a Subject Matter Expert providing advice to the Oly team on marketing communication activities and approaches appropriate for the market/customers
- Ensure adherence to brand identity and tone of voice across all assets
- Manage compliance and legal approval sign offs
- Ensure compliance in all marketing to Group branding, communication, client contracts, security standards, data protection and legislative requirements such as Financial, Privacy, SPAM and ACCC
- Other reasonable marketing related tasks as required for both Oly and other MMS brands
You will bring:
- 5+ years experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is well regarded
- Proven ability to demonstrate customer focus / customer-led approach to deliver marketing initiatives
- A good understanding of the creative development process - including writing briefs and managing a thorough approval process
- Experience managing and enforcing branding standards and practices
- A demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external partners/agencies to establish strong professional relationships
- Technical expertise in marketing execution, in particular content and email
