About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as the Marketing Manager. This position entails developing the digital and shopper marketing campaign strategy for our retail banners. It emphasizes collaboration with media, print, and creative agencies to drive both digital and in-store shopper strategies.
In this Role
- Spearhead the development of our digital brand strategy across all banners including Cellarbrations, The Bottle-O, IGA Liquor, and Porters, focusing on brand enhancement and value maximization.
- Innovate and optimize shopper experiences through effective in-store executions across traditional and new channels.
- Cultivate partnerships with key suppliers to deliver unparalleled shopper experiences both digitally and in-store.
- Coordinate campaigns with creative, print, and media agencies as well as internal design teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Facilitate internal collaboration across departments and manage stakeholders, track campaign budgets, and oversee a team comprising a Shopper Marketing Specialist and Digital Manager.
You're Likely a Match If you have
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing roles specializing in campaign execution.
- Demonstrated success in executing through-the-line retail marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in budget management and tracking.
- Skilled in managing agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Prior experience in fast-paced retail environments, preferably within the liquor industry, with strong stakeholder management, communication, time management, and project management abilities, adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Demonstrated experience in driving team productivity and ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
