You will be leading overall adult nutrition brand marketing strategy and planning at Abbott Nutrition Hong Kong. This role requires proven track record in driving commercial success via strategic brand and portfolio analyses, business planning, local communications end-to-end development and team leadership. Responsibilities
- Develop long and short-term brand growth strategies and plans based on sound category analyses
- Uncover business opportunities with deep consumer and HCP insights understanding. Propose new and creative ways of research with insights team
- Drive breakthroughs to expand the category
- Lead portfolio development by identifying untapped need-states to further grow the business. Manage a matrix internal organization from start to launch
- Lead agencies to develop solid insight-driven communications that drive brand equity
- Ensure execution excellence for full consumer funnel programs with Digital, CRM & Ethical teams
- Collaborate closely with ethical team to ensure right portfolio, communications and user recruitment strategies are in place to win in the ethical channel
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Digital, Ethical, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, etc.) at both local and global levels to deliver breakthrough results
- Plan, monitor and review A&P budgets to maximize spends’ ROI
- Conduct financial analyses and reviews for senior management
- Lead and coach a team of brand marketing professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related fields. Master degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experiences in marketing and brand management (including minimum 3 years of people management), preferably in the FMCG and healthcare industries.
