Duties will include:
- Develop and implement a communication plan to engage key stakeholder groups, and increase accessibility
- Aligning business objectives to marketing strategy and plans to ensure successful product development and launch
- Plan and deliver advertising campaigns
- Creating content for all digital platforms
- Responsibility for the organisation’s website, ensuring content is up to date, relevant and compelling
- Establish close relations with relevant media, supplying regular, accurate and news-angled stories
- Track and report on media coverage
- Gain sponsorships and donations
- Build brand reputation meeting KPIs
- Develop budget and track actuals
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or demonstrated equivalent competency
- All-round marketing, communications and engagement experience (preferably 2+ years)
- Demonstrated experience in the writing and coordination of publications and external / internal communications
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and all social media platforms
- Excellent organisational ability and time management skills
