About the role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of T2's brand management, including strategy, communications, brand identity and governance. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute marketing activity across all channels, ensuring they support the required operational, customer and brand outcomes. You will be an expert in brand management, marketing & media, execution, channel planning, stakeholder management and critical thinking. As part of your role T2's brand, environmental, and social values must be embedded into your day-to-day tasks and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team to ensure all markets and trading channels (stores, online, wholesale and marketplace) are delivering against brand objectives and operating plan
- Administer the execution of all marketing campaigns to ensure accurate delivery
- Ensure direct report(s) deliver against marketing specific objectives
- Coordinate brand activity across our trading channels and business activity, including in store point of sale, new store openings and local area marketing, digital communications, wholesale support etc.
- Manage the tracking and measurement of all campaigns
