ABOUT THE ROLE

Racing and Sports is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and propel our brand to new heights.
As our Marketing Manager, you will:
• Strategy Development- Develop and execute a cutting-edge marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, keeping us ahead of industry trends and competition.
• Product Marketing- Showcase the value of our full suite of products and services through high-quality materials and targeted campaigns, driving lead generation and
awareness
• Content Marketing-Lead the creation of engaging content across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity.
• Social Media Management: Manage and optimise our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement, driving strategic advertising campaigns to
reach our target audience.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) -Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website
traffic.
• Email Marketing- Design and execute impactful email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and personalised content to drive engagement and conversions.
• Analytics and Reporting- Utilise analytical tools to track key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts and drive results.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a similar industry - At least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager.
