The main objective of this role is to work closely with our Events team to help drive, develop and implement the Marketing and Events strategy for The Tax Institute (TTI).
This role encapsulates the brand essence of TTI in the planning and delivery of campaigns that support commercial goals in event attendance and content consumption.
In this role you will:
- Create and deliver high quality marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and commercial outcomes for all TTI events, with varying capacity targets
- Manage digital marketing activities to drive consumer brand awareness and e-commerce sales
- Implement marketing strategy and creating digital campaigns, including eDMs, paid ads, social media – may also include traditional formats/channels as necessary
- Ensure consistent tone of voice, brand look and feel of website content.
- Ensure new content is accurately updated to the website as planned and to high quality visual standards
- Managing CRM database, and creating email content for B2B and B2C audiences
- Responsible for content, management and timely update of our owned media (website, LinkedIn, Social Media) activities
- Monitor and report on campaign activity and performance making recommendations and optimisations where necessary
- Monitor brand performance in the Event space and adjust strategy/activities based on ongoing results and performance
- Monitoring key competitor and market activity and making recommendations for improvement where necessary
Essential to this role:
- Experienced in marketing campaign strategy to drive traffic and revenue
- Experience in editorial skills across a range of media, including social media and video production
- Proven ability to grow lead generation and increase traffic
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Lead coordination of all business activations, corporate events, tradeshows, local engagement initiatives
- Continuously develop your understanding of the financial , professional services industry, competitor activity.
