Look no further!We're seeking a talented individual to join our client and play a pivotal role in enhancing student experience and service delivery through the implementation of an advanced student CRM platform.As the Communication Manager, you'll report directly to the Program Change Lead and be instrumental in realising the vision for comprehensive student engagement and service delivery. You'll work closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, influencing decisions and leading the development and execution of the communication strategy.What You'll Do:
- Drive communication within a large digital program aimed at improving student engagement and service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of an advanced student CRM (Salesforce).
- Lead the development and execution of the communication strategy.
- Influence decisions and manage diverse stakeholders to achieve program goals.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or substantial experience in Communication management.
- Accredited CMP or similar Communication management methodology.
- Previous experience in driving service delivery transformation as part of a CRM implementation.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record in planning organisation-wide strategic Communication management initiatives.
- Adeptness in gauging organisational readiness and identifying risks.
- Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with fellow team members.
