Role Summary:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across APG and its related businesses. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive sales, and support our business objectives in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for APG and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content.
- Be the primary owner of the Sales and Marketing CRMs and digital marketing tools.
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management and social media strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute events, tradeshows, and other promotional activities.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to gauge success and inform future strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with media and stakeholders to enhance public relations and corporate communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Hardware and Building materials distribution business.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, preferably HubSpot, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team (in-house and remote) and external agencies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
