What's the role?
We are seeing a Marketing Manager to join the CLM team responsible for managing the marketing technology (Martech) stack including building, executing and reporting on email, SMS and phone campaigns. This includes managing segmentation and targeted audience lists, CRM data management and managing content across websites.
The preference is for this person to be based out of the Bowen Hills, QLD office, however Surry Hills, NSW and Southbank, VIC locations are also acceptable.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and own end to end campaigning across various platforms and channels leveraging systems including but not limited to Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce CRM and Wordpress. This includes key integrations for events such as Splash.
Ensure proper integration of Martech stack with CRM, sales, and customer service systems, ensuring Salesforce compliance.
Develop and maintain Martech documentation, including user manuals, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Develop and implement a Martech strategy aligned with company and sales team marketing objectives, involving regular audits and evaluation of tools for efficiency.
Collaborate across teams to ensure Martech stack integration, execute impactful email campaigns, and enhance lead conversion rates through strategic collaboration with Marcomms Executive and Lead Generation manager.
Accurately track and manage the lead funnel, working closely alongside key departments such as Sales and Operations to support their ongoing and ad hoc campaign needs and KPIs
Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Martech.
Strong understanding of marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Pardot experience (highly desired)
Experience in managing Martech projects from conception to execution.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop Martech strategies that align with business objectives.
Understanding of customer behaviour and preferences, with the ability to develop customer-centric Martech strategies and campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing.
Familiarity with A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
Experience with website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation.
Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging Martech trends and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
