The Marketing Manager Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to join our supportive team on a 12+month Maternity Leave Contract, ideally starting June 2024. You'll be responsible for driving marketing efforts across various crucial areas:

  • Digital & E-commerce: Craft and execute winning strategies to elevate our digital presence and e-commerce success.
  • Brand Identity Champion: Safeguard and amplify our brand image through effective brand management.
  • Corporate Communications Expert: Spearhead clear and consistent communication across all channels.
  • Product Marketing Guru: Develop compelling product communication strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft data-driven marketing strategies tailored to unique channel needs (digital, e-commerce, brand, etc.).
  • Oversee all marketing materials (digital content, social media, email campaigns, etc.) for brand consistency.
  • Own the entire marketing campaign lifecycle, from ideation to flawless execution.
  • Manage the marketing budget strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams (sales, customer service) and external partners (agencies, vendors).
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to secure valuable coverage and brand visibility.
  • Deliver regular progress reports, highlighting marketing initiatives and performance against set KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring they achieve individual goals and receive the necessary support.
  • Guarantee all marketing efforts adhere to relevant regulations, brand guidelines, and company policies.
  • Develop a comprehensive annual marketing activity plan to guide future success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in FMCG and B2B marketing a plus.
  • 7-10 years of solid marketing and communication experience.
  • Proven track record in internal/external communications and brand management.
  • Experience managing creative agencies for print, digital, and video content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital campaigns with a focus on ROI tracking.
  • Adept project management skills to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
