AddressA rare opportunity is available for a Retail Marketing Manager to join a highly successful property group who own, manage and develop retail, commercial, industrial assets and luxury resorts across Australia.
This is an opportunity where you can leverage your retail market knowledge and insights and play a part in two shopping centres continued success. These shopping centres are ideally positioned as the community hub for customers.
Key responsibilities:
· Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns
· Promoting the shopping centre to increase sales and traffic
· Liaising with media agencies
· Managing signage, website, social media & digital
· Relevant reporting (traffic, demographics, budget & spend)
· Monthly reporting
Ideal candidate will display:
· 3+ years marketing experience in a comparable environment (Shopping Centre/Retail) Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive.
· Be an innovator with unique ideas & strategies to grow asset awareness
· Excellent communication/presentation
