Join this National Specialist Retail Property Group to head up the Marketing of a large Shopping Centre retail destination that turns over several millions annually.
You will be based in a fast-growing trade area with sales productivity significantly rising each year.
Reporting to a highly-regarded, industry specialist Centre Manager and surrounded by a supportive tight-knit, lovely centre team, as the Marketing Manager you will create the marketing plan and rollout campaigns with a strong community focus.

- Work closely with the Centre Management team, with the support of the Corporate Marketing team
- Develop the marketing and brand strategy with support from the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, local community groups and other stakeholders
- Drive the in-centre activation schedule enabling retailer participation and customer engagement
- End to end campaign management, driving engagement across all platforms such as in-precinct, website, socials and e-mail marketing
- Plan and manage content strategy including execution and evaluation of content performance
- Ensure all centre activations are delivered to the highest standards
- Create local community interaction, enhancing the Shopping Centre influence within the area
- Manage the marketing budget in line with the marketing plan
- Ad hoc day to day marketing duties to positively contribute towards sales and foot traffic towards the centre
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 3- 5 + years’ experience in a similar Marketing role (Marketing Executives and Senior Coordinators encouraged to apply)
- Retail Property/Customer Experience marketing or similar experience highly beneficial
- We invite marketers from Shopping Centres, property, hospitality, hotels, food, fashion, or retailer brands to apply
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar
- Excited about Community initiatives and working with a diverse group!
- Able to read and interpret research data and insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an organised and structured approach
- Sound digital and social capabilities
- Budgeting and reporting skills
- Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
