Specialising in Retail and Leisure they are a well-regarded group with experienced senior leadership. They are undergoing a period of strong growth!
You will oversee 2 Shopping Centres, positioned as community hubs, to formulate and deliver on the strategic asset plan. You will advocate for customer needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences for this entrepreneurial business that are receptive to new, creative ideas!
Up to $130,000 - $140,000 + Bonus | Based on Experience!
Key position responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of annual marketing plan, promoting the Shopping Centre to increase sales and traffic
- Extending digital and social media presence of the assets
- Budget management
- Planning and managing unique and fresh marketing/promotions campaigns!
- Liaising with external agencies
- Managing website, brand, and signage
- Relevant reporting duties - traffic, demographics, budget and spend
- Building relationships with tenants, centre team, marketing agencies and local governing bodies
- Ad hoc administrative duties such as quarterly newsletters or raising purchase orders
- 3+ years marketing experience in a similar environment such as Shopping Centre, Retail or Commercial Property (Executive stepping up or Manager)
- Retail Shopping Centre marketing experience preferred
- Strong digital marketing experience
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- Team player mentality and ability to work as part of large team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
