Good People.We are actively looking to recruit a talented Brand Manager to join our OOH (Out of Home) Potato marketing team. This role will have direct responsibility for contributing to, and executing the short to medium term direction of the OOH Potato portfolio (namely the Brand Plans and execution into the Annual Operating Commitment). Previous product and activation experience is required to develop and execute the business plan, trade activations, sales training materials, portfolio optimisation and innovation plans, delivering brand growth to ensure delivery against financial targets.About the role

• Takes active ownership of 5+ Business Strategy
• Lead the development of an innovation pipeline
• Manage OOH trade activations
• Ensure a robust understanding of the key drivers for the brand
• Have input into the pricing and promotions management of the brand portfolio
• Regularly review SKU margins/costs

About you

• Ideally degree qualified in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years experience in Marketing, Trade Activation or Product Management
• Prior NPD and project management skills
• A solid understanding of key drivers
• Effective communication skills both verbally and written
• Negotiation and influencing skills to inspire results
• Sound commercial and financial acumen
• Adaptable to fast paced, ever changing, ambiguous environments
• Courage to challenge the status quo and encourage creativity
