An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Marketing Manager to join Sovereign Hills, working alongside the Land Sales Team and Sovereign Place Town Centre Management Teams.
Supported by the Sovereign Hills Marketing Assistant, this role will manage all aspects of project marketing as well as building and coordinating strategic relationships for Sovereign Hills. They will also be responsible for managing all advertising, communication, PR and community engagement for land sales and Sovereign Hills Display Village.
Additionally, this role will also include the delivery of a marketing strategy and initiatives to maximise customer traffic and sales for the Sovereign Place Town Centre, our vibrant precinct of retail and commercial space located at Sovereign Hills.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a marketing role, with a preference for experience in the residential development industry or in retail marketing. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or equivalent would be ideal, as well as experience in print, digital and social marketing, and project managing suppliers such as creative agencies. We would also be seeking a team member who has a willingness to embrace and foster innovation and creativity as well as strong written communication and content writing skills.
