Now, as they continue to expand, they are searching for a Marketing Manager who is eager to develop impactful communication and effective marketing strategies.
The Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead APPA's marketing initiatives, defining and implementing strategies that boost their presence in the industry and engage members effectively. This role goes beyond simple marketing management; it involves creating compelling narratives that have a broad impact across the industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies that are in line with APPA’s goals for growth and mission.
- Team Management: Oversee a dedicated team, including a Marketing/Events Coordinator, and guide the work of freelancers such as graphic designers and copywriters.
- Creative Campaigns: Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns that reinforce APPA’s pivotal role in the industry, boost member engagement, and spotlight their commitment to sustainability.
- Digital Expertise: Manage all communication channels to ensure that our messaging is consistent and impactful, covering everything from social media to newsletters and the official website.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with the Events Manager to increase member involvement and sponsorship at APPA events through strategic promotional activities.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: You bring 3-5 years of leadership experience in marketing, ideally within a relevant industry.
- Educated and Proven: You possess a relevant tertiary qualification and have a solid history of managing successful teams.
- Strategic Communicator: You are adept at crafting and implementing detailed marketing strategies.
- Technically Savvy:You have expertise in CRM and digital marketing tools, with a talent for connecting with varied audiences.
- Innovative and Driven: Your proactive, creative mindset is coupled with a passion for sustainability and promotional products.
