Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and well-presented individuals to distribute Marketing Materials within designated areas of Forster and Tuncurry. This casual, ‘as needed’ position requires you to represent our agency with professionalism and courtesy while delivering flyers to residential letterboxes.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute Marketing Materials within designated areas of 300 properties in Forster and Tuncurry.
- Wear the provided Ray White T-Shirt while distributing materials.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Use a suitable bag or backpack for carrying Marketing Materials.
- Report your working location and schedule to the office at the start of your shift.
- Confirm streets covered and send a photo of the completed street list to the office via text or email at the end of your shift.
- Deliver flyers in letterboxes only, avoiding deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries are to be completed within 1-2 business days.
- Comply with delivery restrictions for properties displaying “No Advertising Material” or “No Junk Mail” signs and those on the NO DELIVERY list.
- Avoid properties with local Real Estate signage, except those marked ‘For Sale by Owner’.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods.
- Must be available to work during daylight hours (8am – 6pm) on weekdays.
Safety Protocols:
- Leave any property immediately if asked.
- Avoid interactions with aggressive dogs.
- Do not trespass.
- Report any safety incidents or risks to the office immediately.
Remuneration:
- Personalized Marketing Material: $0.30 per letter / $90.00 per area.
- Non-personalised Marketing Material: $0.28 per flyer / $84.00 per area.
- Bonus: $25.00 for each Seller Enquiry / Appraisal Request received.
