Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate Utiliti Group’s brand visibility and engagement by strategically developing and implementing marketing plans that align with our business objectives, with a strong emphasis on expanding our portfolio to more e-commerce companies.
• Development and implementation of our monthly marketing plan.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns, using data to drive future strategy and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously update knowledge on the latest trends in marketing, finance, technology, and e-commerce to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Play a leading role in the growth and management of our new marketing team, including overseeing the recruitment of new team members.
• Lead targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing to generate leads and build our online presence. 
• Conduct thorough market research, focusing on general trends and e-commerce-specific insights, to stay ahead of market shifts, competitor strategies, and industry challenges.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, stakeholders, and online business communities, enhancing our brand’s visibility and reputation in the digital space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience is required, with a particular emphasis on e-commerce marketing experience, which is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the tech, e-commerce or investment sectors, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyse data to inform marketing decisions and strategy refinements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, alongside a strong command of various CRM systems and marketing platforms. Experience with leading marketing software platforms is a must.
• Outstanding communication and writing skills, with an ability to craft persuasive and effective marketing content.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in identifying market trends and challenges and using data-driven insights for marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a team.
• Creative, strategic thinker who can take initiative and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
