- Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimisation and performance tracking to contribute to portfolio growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and influence campaign success.
- Drive brilliant customer experiences and shift key customer metrics including monthly active shoppers, traffic, and revenue.
- Analyse campaign reports to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Responsys or other campaign management platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar customer analytics platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated campaign management, delivery, and analysis experience.
