About the Role
- Answering phone calls and addressing customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Processing of online customer enquiries and sales orders through email and other communication channels
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to interact with our audience
- Maintaining and updating our website with relevant information and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service to both phone and face-to-face customers
- General sales order processing through MYOB
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or marketing role would be advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A friendly and approachable disposition would be highly valued.
