With a strong pipeline of work, Devplex & Broadway Homes are seeking to add a Sales Administrator / Prestart Assistant to our team.
This is a full time role based out of our modern offices in Wangara.
We are a design and construct building company working across a variety of areas within the property development sector focusing mainly on, medium density housing, bespoke single & two storey custom builds, NDIS/SDA housing and Class 2 apartments.
As part of the Delstrat group we have a long standing history of innovation and delivery quality residential and commercial construction across Western Australia over the past 30 years.
The Role:
- Provide support to sales team, clients and office staff
- Liaise between office staff, clients, sales consultants and external consultants
- assisting with enquiries and ensuring client jobs proceed in a timely manner
- Review and approval of new sales deals to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Manager system
- Preparing sales and contract documents
- Providing administrative assistance to Prestart Consultants
About You:
- Building industry experience is advantageous but not essential
- Proven administrative experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
