We are working with a luxury, global skin care organisation that has recently launched in Australia and now seek to add a mid level marketing & brand talent with proven skin care/ beauty experience to their Melbourne team!
This exciting hire will be responsible for assisting in developing new marketing strategies, brand management, e-commerce & ATL/BTL marketing.
The Opportunity:
- Work directly with the Head of Digital Marketing and leadership team
- Assist in developing & implementing brand strategy across on & offline mediums
- Assist in developing & implementing marketing content (digital)
- Assist in developing & implementing marketing plan, budget, targets & objectives
- Assist with managing our clients paid media strategy alongside an external digital marketing agency, to drive ROAS and overall channel performance
- Assist with management of the loyalty program and customer reviews, including CRM strategies to increase interaction with loyalty databases and lead generation activities to meet company objectives
- Oversee the EDM strategy and workflow, working with key stakeholders to plan and execute all marketing sends and automated flows
- Promote brand success within the marketing place
- Monitor consumer, competitor & buyer trends for the brand & deliver reports to the Management team
- Make recommendations through tracking trends (SEO & SEM analytics etc)
- Work closely with external stakeholders (PR & digital agencies etc) to promote the brand!.
- Live in Melbourne, AUS
- Have proven marketing and brand management experience, ideally 3+ years experience
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in an e-commerce role, preferably within skincare/ beauty
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and an ability to deep dive into the data to make suggestions on workflow redesigns or conversion optimisations
- A strong understanding of UX/UI for customer journey and conversion rate optimisation
- Proven client experience working in beauty, skin care or pharma
- Experience working with budgets/P&L in a previous role is highly desirable
- Campaign management experience, gained in a previous role is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication & organisational skills is highly regarded
- The ability to demonstrate logical and tactical thinking when developing promotional & marketing activity - consumer led thinking
- Strategic thinker who can adapt in an ever-changing retail environment
