About the role
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting over 300 clinic locations with the strategy, implementation and execution of local customer acquisition activity. This is a cross functional role which will manage multiple lead-generation campaigns across a range of offline marketing channels.
This is a fixed-term 12 months contract.
Key Accountabilities
Identify clinics with growth opportunity and develop a marketing plan to support increased lead gen
Develop reactive and proactive marketing solutions for clinics and events
Manage a suite of marketing templates to address key opportunities and challenges in clinics
Identify local PR opportunities and support as required
Operate cross functionally to understand business challenges and end-to-end customer operations to ensure you are developing marketing solutions that align
Develop and implement a go-to-market plan to support new clinic openings and relocations
Create marketing materials to support third party partnerships and medical marketing
Budget management and reconciliation
Oversee the implementation of referral programs to drive new business and track performance
Develop workshops and guides to support clinics and the field on how to leverage opportunities in the local area
Meet performance KPI's and complete post-implementation reports for each activity
Support the wider business with various requests as required
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including TGA and Australian Government HSP
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Manager
About you
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
Essential Skills:
6+ years' marketing experience
Prior experience managing customer acquisition/lead gen
Prior experience in campaign management
High proficiency using MS Office Suite
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (desired, not essential)
