We are a small but mighty marketing agency who, after ten years in operation, are entering into an exciting period of accelerated growth and are expanding our marketing team to help us ride this wave and further grow our agency.
We are looking for a super keen marketer who lives and breathes all things content and Social Media, to help us explode our content across multiple platforms with the aim of increasing awareness with new audiences, driving traffic, engagement and marketing qualified leads.
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will help us amplify our voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, tailoring content to suit each platform, and engage with our target audiences on each.
We have a number of projects in the works here across our agency, owned brands and client brands, so this is the perfect opportunity to get variety across your work and lean into your creativity.
We work fast here, so we need someone who is across the latest AI tools and software to help accelerate our content creation, someone who knows the ins and outs of socials, and who thrives in the thrill of creating good content that resonates.
What we need you to do:
- Create compelling content for various Social Media channels, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage Social Media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analysing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Social Media campaigns using analytics tools.
Job details:
- Based in office in Williamstown North, Victoria
- Part time role: 2-3 days per week, 10am to 4pm – Flexibility to select which days upfront.
- $35-$40 per hour +Super
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and organised, creative with a keen eye for design.
- Independent and proactive, agile and loves working in a small team.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience creating compelling content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Experienced in creating Social Media imagery, copy and video assets.
- Education in marketing, media, communications or related field.
- Intermediate competency in Canva, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, video editing apps, content scheduling software, analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with WordPress desired but not essential.
