- Selling Surgical and Wound Closure products;
- Developing and maintaining key clinical relationships with effective territory coverage;
- Actively pursuing tender/contract opportunities;
- Researching customer needs to identify sales opportunities and solutions to mitigate risks;
- Providing customer support on inventory, within company guidelines; and
- Working collaboratively with a team of Product Specialists in Victoria.
- A track record of sales success within a hospital environment, ideally in medical devices.
- Experience and confidence to work under pressure in the operating theatre environment.
- Tertiary education within Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
- Possess excellent business acumen.
- Have a natural aptitude to develop relationships with various stakeholders within the hospital.
- Exhibit an ability to trouble shoot and remain calm under pressure.
