We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full time position in Sydney. We have a small team here (14 employees). It allows for greater efficiency, higher engagement and better collaboration.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar Marketing role. We seek individuals equipped with the ability to strategically elevate businesses, services, products, or brands to new heights. Proficiency in budget management and trend analysis is paramount.
Moreover, familiarity with Asian investor dynamics within the APAC region is highly advantageous, with fluency in Mandarin being a distinct asset.
Additional requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing, work process optimizing and internal trainings
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with diverse group of coworkers
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Increasing company's visibility among our customer base through marketing activities, attracting investors from the Asia-Pacific region, and providing them with an initial understanding of our company's project offerings
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution while controlling the time and budget
- Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and other social medias that attracts and converts our target groups
- Analysing market trends, consumer patterns and preferences
