The Ecommerce Specialist role at St Frock will be responsible for driving conversion and improving user experience across St Frock’s digital platforms.

What key responsibilities does this role have @ St Frock?- Content management and product merchandising on-site to ensure accuracy and maximise conversion of the product catalogue.
- Execute marketing calendar activity including creative briefing and promotion management to meet and exceed conversion and revenue targets.
- Manage Searchspring agency and collaborate on merchandising strategies, A/B testing, product recommendation, zero search result resolution and campaign management to drive search effectiveness.
- Lead and facilitate A/B testing plan development and execution in order to identify conversion optimisation opportunities.
- Manage website maintenance including category reviews and site, page and functionality performance improvements.
- Lead digital projects across the business and enhance the pipeline including ideation, requirements gathering, documentation and business case approval.
- Lead and facilitate Moustache Republic account management including ticket logging and prioritisation, testing and retainer monitoring.
- Participate and contribute to weekly performance reviews and quarterly deep dives utilising analytics from Shopify, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
- Manage delivery of the SEO content and technical streams in conjunction with external agency.
- Regularly review tech stack performance to identify growth, cost and/or operational efficiency opportunities.
- Run weekly WIPs with Head of Product to align on any key issues, priorities and tasks, remove roadblocks and drive conversion.
Assist Buying, Warehouse and Customer Experience teams with resolving product, order and customer issues. - Liaise and resolve issues with various tech vendors as required, eg Searchspring, Shopify etc.
- Manage the Ecommerce Coordinator (overseas contractor), i.e. manage their availability, set their weekly work plan (in conjunction with the Digital Performance Manager), and monitor their KPI's and productivity.
- Stay on top of key trends, best practices and new technologies in ECommerce, UX and CX, and proactively communicate to the Digital & Marketing and/or Leadership teams for consideration.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Ecommerce experience (ideally with Shopify)
- Applied knowledge of content management systems and apps.
