Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our close-knit team based in Windsor, and play an integral role in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and build brand awareness in the Australian market. 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns including but not limited to presentations, social media, print, mailing and multi-media advertisements 
• Track, analyse and report on the success of these campaigns 
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall company objectives 
• Design company and brand specific PR material 
• Manage company website and social media platforms ensuring they reflect our brand identity 
• Create engaging marketing content from concept to execution 
• Assist in quality control of all marketing collateral 
• Assist with tradeshows, conferences and company events  

Specific Requirements: 

• Strong research skills to understand evolving trends within the market and any leads which should be developed. 
• Have the desire to gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings to develop relevant marketing campaigns. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong Computer skills with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and other content editing software 
• Experience in managing social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram for professional services (including writing social posts and creating visual images/videos) 
• Relevant Australian work rights
