Job Description
This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the Project Leaders business through the management and compilation of bid submissions/pitches to help the national team win more work from existing and new clients.
You will assist the project teams across our Australia offices in creating and completing tender submissions to win new projects from public sectors and private clients. As part of this role, you will also assist the National Marketing & Communications Manager promote Project Leaders’ brand, their experts, and the projects they are working on and have delivered.
Key to the success of this position is a can-do attitude with a desire to upskill as a marketer through continual collaboration with the national team, monthly monitoring of agreed metrics, championship of systems, tools and resources, and alignment with the company’s brand strategy and business goals. The core tasks include the following:
- Work closely with the Project Leaders team to prepare major submissions, presentations, pitches, and marketing materials, including resourcing information, risk assessments and case studies.
- Assist the National Marketing & Communications Manager to improve marketing basics: client-focused marketing collateral, brand awareness campaigns, industry awards, media publications, email campaigns and social media.
- Act as a marketing support for the team addressing operational and day-to-day questions.
- Assist and coordinate project marketing collateral including but not limited to video, email marketing and social media activities.
- Support the implementation, consistency and utilisation of company systems and processes.
- Act as a brand guardian for the Colliers brand. This includes monitoring, enforcing, and promoting compliance to the branding guidelines.
To ensure success in the role you will require the following skills/experience:
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and graphic design platform (Canva) is essential.
- High competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Minimum 1 year’s general marketing experience.
- Experience in bidding submissions is highly desired.
- Degree level qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline are highly desirable.
- A strong interest and/or understanding of the property industry.
