About you
- Experience: You could have 1-3 years in a Marketing Support/ Coordinator/ Events or Assistant role, and you are now up for a change. Or you could be a recent marketing graduate searching for the right opportunity to start your career.
- You're known for: Having a great can-do attitude and a natural curiosity. Our Team is ready to continue to build you up as a Marketing professional so this will help us support your development. You won't hesitate to ask questions and lean on others if you're ever unsure. You're also known for being highly organised and able to juggle and prioritise your work effectively.
Your day-to-day will find you in the engine room of a very energetic marketing department. You will be hands-on, and an essential part of almost every project we work on, across a range of different channels and audiences.
From helping the team prioritise and deliver work through WorkFront, our workflow management tool, to gathering and reporting on the results and insights each campaign achieves, your fingerprints will be on every success the team enjoys.
You will also be an essential part of the events team, helping to arrange, execute and in some cases attend a number of events held right across Australia.
Most importantly, you will be involved in a wide number of jobs that will expose you to all manner of skills to develop, being a mission-critical part of identifying both marketing opportunities to exploit, as well as process opportunities to deliver on the team's ethos of continual improvement.
