- Develop, execute, analyse, and report on comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, market share, and growth
- Optimise Digital Marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and CRM growth through targeted strategies.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms in collaboration with the communications team, effectively communicating the organisation's message and driving engagement and action from the target audience.
- Develop and implement the social media strategy in conjunction with the marketing and communications team and key agencies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and campaigns.
- Gather and analyse target audience data, applying a user-first approach to marketing initiatives and using insights to develop strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and data, generating reports to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Digital Marketing, making recommendations to continuously innovate and enhance the organisation's digital presence.
- Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to execute specialized Digital Marketing projects, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing efforts.
- Over 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies across multiple channels, including paid, owned, social, and earned media environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and experience with email marketing and marketing CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity, along with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Clear and demonstrable knowledge of the marketing funnel, with the ability to identify and execute appropriate strategies for each phase, and a deep understanding of accessibility principles for creating inclusive digital content.
- Passion for disability rights and a commitment to promoting inclusion and empowerment for people with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to the values and goals of the organisation, including service excellence, human rights, and zero tolerance.
- High-level organisational and time management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and the capability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
