We are now seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Officer to join the team at our Head Office in Melbourne CBD.
Duties/Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading
- Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Client relationship management with new and existing clients
- Providing assistance in implementing new procedures and processes
- Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee
- Co-operation and participation with ongoing training program
Requirements
- High level of presentation and communication skills.
- Strong sales or customer service experience
- Knowledge of Financial Markets and Trading (desirable)
- Experience using FX/CFD trading platforms (desirable)
- Ability to think analytically
- Ability to troubleshoot day-to-day issues
- Willingness to work in fast paced environment with a Can-Do attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours between 7am-7pm
- RG146 qualified (required).
