Glen Eira Leisure (GEL) is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of Glen Eira Leisure's marketing efforts.You will craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with GEL's goals and objectives. You will leverage your promotional expertise to highlight our diverse range of programs, services, and events, ensuring they reach and resonate with our target audiences.Your role will also involve promoting GEL's engagement activities, driving participation, and building a vibrant and connected community by using customer insights and feedback to continuously improve and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance GEL's brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Promotional Activities: Utilising your promotional skills to highlight GEL's programs, services, and events, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Engagement Activities: Promoting and supporting GEL's engagement activities and events, driving participation and fostering a strong community connection.

- Demonstrated commitment and adherence to organisational values and behaviours.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications or related discipline OR less formal qualifications with diverse relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in producing a range of publications.
- Experience in social networking for business benefit.
- Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of the recreation industry programs and services.
