About the role
The Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketplace team. Key to success will be driving and managing administrative tasks across the entire team including the Dealer and Concierge team. Outstanding stakeholder management and building strong relationships, both internally and externally, are critical for this role.
This role reports directly into the Commercial Director, Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Commercial Director, Marketplace with daily administration tasks.
- Handling Dealer administrative inquiries, including access and usage of the Dealer Portal.
- Onboarding of new Dealers to the CarExpert Marketplace platform.
- Maintaining and responding to all Dealer email and phone queries in a timely and respectful manner.
- Supporting Finance and the Concierge team on the management of invoice disputes and account queries.
- Marketplace team meeting coordination, including agenda and minute management.
- Maintain Dealers tracking report with up to date information.
- Daily management of Office HQ emails/inquiries.
- Creating proposals and collateral that support the sales team and their retention of existing and acquisition of new business.
- Liaising with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all Dealer merchandise and trade marketing material is up to date.
- Create and maintain a schedule of Account Manager F2F meeting schedules for the week.
- Maintain Customer database to ensure it is up to date with the right details to ensure trade eDM’s are effective.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks in a busy environment and remain flexible.
- Must have a good work ethic, honest and happy to get in and help when needed.
