At our clinic Dr. Igor, our most skilled and experienced chiropractor, has been applying a holistic approach to provide individualized and most effective treatments to a huge variety of patients from different backgrounds and age groups within his scope of practice for over 26 years.
As a massage therapist, with us you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with the individualized care they deserve. We pride ourselves on our ability to create custom treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals. For that, we take everything into account: THEIR history, fitness level, triggering factors and any other relevant information to be able to provide them with a tailor-made treatment plan.
In addition to your exceptional massage therapy skills, fluency in more than one language is a huge plus. We are seeking a hard-working person with at least two years of clinical experience with the ability to work in a team environment. A background in fitness (PT) is also required to integrate those skills to provide patients with exercise programs to improve their strength, mobility, stability and posture.
The chosen candidate will cover a Full-Time role and will be asked to prepare clients for our chiropractor, provide postural and fitness assessment and complete massage treatment if required.
The job requires a very good understanding of human anatomy and mechanics, along with the ability to assess/test clients to acknowledge the possible source of the problem.

Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy
Massage Therapist Association Membership
Professional indemnity insurance
Australian working rights
Current First Aid Certificate
Excellent communication, hardworking and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people
Professional, clean, punctual and respectful
Calm, understanding and provide ease to clients
Massaging the soft tissues of the body assessing and treating specific dysfunction
Utilizing a range of massage techniques to enhance sports performance to prevent
injury and advising on stretching/strengthening exercises
Implement specific treatment techniques based on the outcome of the assessment
Re assess previous treatment and readjust the focus on body areas that need attention
Continuing professional education.
