Our Pharmacy business provides wholesale distribution, business, and marketing services to community pharmacies across the country. We also operate retail brands such as Priceline and specialize in over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
As a Master Data Administrator you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless customer and partner experiences by managing Master Data processes and maintaining data quality standards.
You will also:
- Process incoming Master Data requests and provide first-level support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure data quality.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external partners, including Pharmacy, Priceline, and Suppliers.
- Maintain the highest legal, moral, and ethical standards in all work practices.
The team work flexibly and divide time between our Paramatta office and working from home.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in pricing and data maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a love for working with data.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment with a level of complexity.
- Excellent customer service and ommunication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale businesses is preferred.
- Experience in ERPs and data management applications eg SAP, ServiceNow preferred
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
- Minumum Year 12 with a strong leaning to Maths and English.
