Toms Heavy Haulage is an owner-operated transport company operating for over 20 years, transporting cars, equipment and heavy machinery all over Adelaide and Australia-wide. We are seeking a confident and professional Data Entry Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. The successful applicant must be able to work Full-time from our Office located in Gillman.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the timely and accurate input of daily jobs to our transport management program, Teletrac Navman. You will work closely with the Transport Co-Ordinator's, Administration Staff and Drivers to ensure the effective operation of daily job processing and allocation.
Responsibilities will include Data Entry and processing of Manifests, providing a high level of customer service via incoming phone calls and emails, assisting with Driver Compliance processes and general office duties.
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in a Data Entry role is essential.
Excellent computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in the transport industry or with Teletrac Navman is desirable but not essential.
Accurate keyboard typing skills and computer savvy.
Ability to work well under pressure with competing priorities.
A quick learner who is adaptable and works well in a team environment.
This role is open for an immediate start with training provided to the successful applicant.
An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant dependent on skill and experience.
