About the role:
We are now seeking to employ an experienced Master Data Specialist (Pronto) at our Koolan Island Operation on an 8/6 roster from Perth, Broome or Derby.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, the primary focus of this role is to provide Master Data support to the mobile maintenance planning team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining PRONTO Plant Maintenance Master Data by applying and maintaining data standards to both new and existing Master Data.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Strong technical knowledge of Mobile plant assets
- Manage Master Data requirements and utilise PRONTO knowledge to ensure data health
- Strong planning background and work management knowledge
- Master Data auditing and Master Data completed within PRONTO
- Reviewing work orders in PRONTO
- Data validation and cleansing
- Document management
- Utilise business intelligence reporting services
- PRONTO improvement initiatives and change requests captured and completed
- Engage in meetings to validate data and liaise with key stakeholders on site
- PRONTO Master Data Development including Bills of Materials, Maintenance Plans & Maintenance Tactics Development and Data Cleansing activities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Mechanical trade background
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile assets
- Manage Master Data requirements and utilise PRONTO knowledge to ensure data health
- Strong planning background and work management knowledge
- Master Data auditing and Master Data completed within PRONTO
