Our Rebuilds department is seeking a Material Logistics Officer to join the team!
The Material Logistics position is responsible to support the Rebuilds Execution team with regards to all parts, including PEX, FlexiParts and Reman materials procurement, creation of all parts on work orders at time of Purchase Order, expediting of approved goods, quarantining and reclamation of stock items required for rebuilds tasks.
Location: Welshpool
Roster: 5/2 8.5hrs Monday to Friday (Permanent Full-Time)
Afternoon Roster: 3:30pm - 12:00am
To be successful the following is required:
- Trade Background or experience in a similar role
- Diploma in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management (desirable, not essential)
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to analyse problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation, and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
