We are hiring Materials and Logistics Coordinator on a 12-month contract, employed through a recruitment agency.
Your key responsibilities:
- Stock take equipment already in warehouse, and ensure system is up to date for new arrivals including SAP transactions
- Receive and dispatch deliveries using forklift and overhead crane
- Liaise with Client logistics personnel to identify equipment required and ensure readiness to be loaded out on time during operations including packing of containers
- Liaise with logistics personnel when equipment is coming back to base and where it needs to stored
- Locate any items or supplies needed by offshore team and get delivered to the rig
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to get equipment on site for project works (cranes/trucks/testing equipment)
- Keep warehouse arranged in a manner which accommodates all equipment that is onsite and coming to site so it is all accessible and the workshop/ warehouse is still usable
- Arrange for site repairs and maintenance to be completed including recertification of lifting and calibration certs
- Attend weekly project meetings
- Carry out regular inspections of equipment stored outside as needed and report back any anomalies
The skills you will bring:

- Experience with Subsea equipment would be of advantage
