We're seeking a Materials officer to join our growing, local Port Hedland team.
The Role
You will be:
- Assisting tradespeople and skilled workers in the completion of various tasks in the workshop.
- Performing general labour duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assisting in the setup and demob of work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Operating and maintaining hand and power tools as required for the job.
- Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Performing general pre starts and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- HR License
- Rigging/Dogging Preferred
- Forklift and Tele Hendler
- Previous experience in a similar role 3-5 years
- MUST be reliable
- MUST be able to work autonomously
- MUST be flexible as role can be fluid and vary from day to day.
- MUST be able to obtain MSIC
