About the Opportunity
Carey is currently seeking a Maths Teacher with experience teaching General Maths to join the team in Term 3, 2024. Reporting to the Leader of Learning - Mathematics and Computing, this is a 12-month parental leave contract with a full-time load.
Mathematics at Carey provides students with the opportunity to develop the mathematical and technological skills required beyond the classroom. We aim to develop mathematical confidence and curiosity through a wide range of mathematical courses from Years 7 to 12 and cater to individual student needs.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Demonstrated experience teaching General Maths
Excellent communications, written and verbal
Collaborative approach to teaching
A valid Victorian Institute Teaching (VIT) registration
