Key Skills:
- 5+ years in Asset Management development, Maximo portfolio expertise.
- Proficient in package implementation methodologies.
- Analytical, risk assessment, and mitigation skills for complex changes.
- Client-facing consulting experience.
- Strong Functional skills across asset and work management lifecycle.
- Configuration skills in Java, Automation Scripts, SQL, Reporting, and Maximo.
- Expertise in analysis, design, and problem-solving.
- Documentation of high-quality standards.
- Team-oriented, project-focused mindset for client success.
- Proficient with IBM Maximo V7.6 (mandatory), MAS 8 (preferred).
- Automation Script development in Maximo.
- DevOps practices in Maximo Development.
- Agile methods and techniques understanding.
- Requirements management and Story Board tools proficiency.
- IBM Maximo Mobile product for EAM or MAS experience.
- Industry expertise: Oil & Gas, Transportation, Energy & Utilities.
- Configuration and Technical tasks for Maximo projects.
- Self-management of work packages.
Security Requirements: Australian Citizenship required.
