About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced MC Fuel Tanker Driver to join the team based out our Townsville Depot. As a dynamic, family-run business, we are an industry leader in the AU Logistics Industry with a strong focus on people, safety and forging long term business relationships. As a result, we are experiencing rapid growth within the business and are seeking enthusiastic and qualified MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to support our continued phase of growth.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Pre-loading & unloading Fuel Tankers
- Maintain Emerald Carrying Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety are adhered to at all times
- Manage fatigue and perform logbook duties
- Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions

Skills and Experience
All applicants must have full working rights in Australia and prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing as required.
- Hold a current MC Driver's License (Essential) with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated driving experience
- Hold a Dangerous Goods License (Essential)
- 18 speed Road Ranger gearbox experience is essential
- Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to interact with customers
