About the role:Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a MC Shuttle Driver to join our Melbourne team based from our depot in Sunshine West.

Duties you can expect with this role include:

• Working with temperature sensitive produce for interstate runs
• Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
• Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork
• Interacting with clients in a professional manner
• Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight
• Completing essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklists

This is a Monday to Friday role with departure times from Melbourne to Aeroplane doing changeovers:

• 3pm

About the requirements:

The candidates we are looking for will have:

• 2 years experience Driving B-doubles
• A commitment to workplace health and safety (essential)
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Possess fatigue management training competency
• A strong customer focus
• Flexibility with start and finish times

To be successful for this role applicants must:

• Available to work a Monday - Friday roster
• Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test
• Provide a current traffic print out
• Be well presented, professional and reliable

Previous refrigerated transport experience is highly regarded in this role.
